At Calzuro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional footwear; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Footwear

  Place the unworn clogs in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is secured inside a shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement pair will be shipped.
